Concord Village Area Association (CVAA) is a planned community of residential subdivisions containing homes, town homes, and condominiums. The subdivisions are located in the City of Upper Arlington, Franklin County, Ohio. CVAA is an Ohio not-for-profit corporation created for the purposes of maintaining the median landscaping which runs through the residential subdivision as well as two lakes or ponds, which were created for storm water control as part of the property development in the 1980s. Association members, numbering one hundred and eighty-one, pay an annual assessment to support these activities.

CVAA abides by its Articles of Incorporation and By-laws that have been filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office and are available for review on this web site. CVAA has a president, secretary, and treasurer who serve on the board of directors.

The CVAA community is located in a convenient part of Franklin County with easy access to stores, supermarkets, and a good variety of restaurants. Several city parks are within easy walking distance. The community prides itself in being a friendly, quiet, and safe place to live.
